Lau James is a Brooklyn-based photographer turned production do-it-all, picking up skills (and the occasional curbside chair) along the way. If she’s not working, she’s likely collaging, running wild with her nieces, barefoot in the grass, or riding the cyclone. She’s drawn to the kind of sets that feel like someone really lives there—quirks and all.
